Return Policy

W.C. Society 30-Day Return Policy:

If you receive any misprinted, damaged, or defective items from wc-society.com, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If we are responsible for the error, we will cover the cost of any claims.

If you or your customers notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report. Our default return address is set to our facility, and if a shipment is returned to us, we will send an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.

If the courier deems the address provided insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address. Unclaimed shipments will also incur reshipment costs.

If you have not registered an account on wc-society.com and added a billing method, any returned orders due to wrong shipping addresses or unclaimed shipments will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost, with no refund issued.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. If face masks are returned, they will be disposed of, and reshipment will not be possible.

If customers wish to return a product, they should contact you first. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse. Returns or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense, and if accepted, you will need to place a new order for the desired item or size. Customers in Brazil must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return, and a refund may not be possible if the product has been used or destroyed.

For EU consumers, please note that Printful reserves the right to refuse returns for customized or sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
